Resolved: Tried to cancel to no prevail
Never received any notification that my subscription was cancelled despite repeated attempts to do so. Signed onto my Newsweek account, and within my account page there is no option to cancel subscription. Searched around the web for a way to cancel. Tried message to customer service cancelling subscription. No reply.
Magazine continued charging my credit card account. Tried phone number for customer service. Someone picked up then immediately hung up. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the next 4.00 charge.
Credit card company removed the charge but next month there was another 4.00 charge. Probably will contact credit card company again.
